Our Mission

Our mission is to educate the public about the constraints imposed by state preemption and the Dillon’s Rule in Virginia — and to mobilize citizens to reclaim local power. We believe in community-driven solutions, transparent and collaborative governance, and the principle that people closest to local issues should have the authority to address them.
